Mid-Year Payment Options For your convenience, mid-year tuition is divided into two installments and to be paid online at time of registration. After your initial installment, the remaining balance will automatically be charged when it is due on February 1st. Notification of installment charges will be emailed one week prior to your card being charged. Mid-Year Cancellation Policy If you wish to cancel, you may do so, please understand that there are no refunds this late in the year. FULL-YEAR POLICIES (applies to student registered September-May) Full-Year Tuition 45 minute class $235.00 ($60 per month) 1 hour class $275.00 ($65 per month) 1 hour, 15 minute class $290.00 ($70 per month) Full-Year Installment Schedule 1st Installment Due at time of registration 2nd Installment August/November 15, 2011 3rd Installment November/January 15, 2012 *The above fees include: monthly tuition September - May, costume fees of $75 each, a registration fee of $50 and a performance fee of $40. Full-Year Discounts We offer the following Family Discount: $50 off annual tuition for two or more children. Full-Year Payment Options For your convenience, annual tuition is divided into three installments. Class Tuition is to be paid online with a credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Discover) at the time of registration. After your initial installment, remaining installments will automatically be charged for the 2nd and 3rd installment when it is due. Notification of installment charges will be emailed one week prior to your card being charged. If for some reason your child is not planning to complete the year, you must notify us in writing via email. Full-Year Cancellation Policy If cancellation is received no later than 30 days after classes begin, a refund for the remaining tuition will be given less a $100 processing fee. After such time, no refunds will be given. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds will be processed within 30 days. OTHER POLICIES Cancellation Policy For Summer Camps Cancellation Policy For Fun Fridays, Christmas Camps or Tea Parties There are no make up classes or refunds given for missed classes due to illness or holidays. In the event the studio is closed due to bad weather or any unforeseeable reason, you may make up a class by coming to any other available class throughout the year. No formal make up or refunds will be offered. Schedule Schedule is subject to change. You will be notified before your class begins if there is a change or cancellation. If a class is canceled an alternative class will be offered, or a full refund will be given within 30 days of the cancellation. Wait List As a courtesy, if a class is full you may join our group wait list. Please understand, wait lists do not guarantee placement; however, we will do our very best to make you aware of any openings. Holidays Thanksgiving: November 21-25, 2011 Christmas: December 19-January 2nd 2012 Spring Break: March 12-16, 2012 Easter: Friday, April 6-9, 2012 Events Recital: Saturday, April 28, 2012 Princess Party: TBD Picture/Video Release I agree to release permission of photos and/or video taken of my childs participation. Waiver Of Liability I agree not to hold any and all claims or rights of action against Dancing Angels, its employees and/or program location for damages and/or injuries sustained by my child during their participation. |
