✨A Faith-Filled Children’s Nutcracker
This holiday season, we are so excited for the return of a beloved Dancing Angels tradition – The Nutcracker & the Nativity™, first introduced by Dancing Angels 20 years ago. Beautifully adapted for young dancers and families, this abridged, child-friendly production weaves together a timeless holiday classic with the true meaning of Christmas.
Through dance, storytelling, music, and faith, our dancers will share the joy of Jesus’ birth in a sweet and meaningful way. Designed as a special seasonal experience for enrolled Dancing Angels students, The Nutcracker & the Nativity™ is more than a performance – it’s a sweet Christmas memory families will treasure for years to come.
✨Roles in the Production
Dancing Angels students will help bring the story to life through thoughtfully assigned parts, which may include:
- Angels
- Candy Canes
- Snowflakes
- Party Children
- Flowers
- Flutes
Select featured roles such as Clara, the Snow Queen, Sugar Plum Fairy, and other special characters may be available for dancers ages 7–10. Additional details will be shared at a later date. Please check back here for updates.
✨Rehearsal Schedule
Nutcracker rehearsals will take place on Saturdays from late summer through early December. Participation is reserved for dancers enrolled in a weekly Dancing Angels class for the 2026-2027 season.
- 9:00–10:00 – 4 Year Olds
- 10:00–11:00 – 5 Year Olds
- 11:00–12:00 – Older 5s & 6 Year Olds
- 12:00–1:00 – 7–8 Year Olds

✨Tuition & Payment Schedule
- Nutcracker Tuition: Two payments of $225
- First Payment: Due Upon Registration
- Second Payment: August 15th
- Cancellation: If your dancer needs to withdraw from the Nutcracker, written notice must be received by August 15, 2026. Tuition paid prior to that date will be refunded minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after August 15, 2026, as costumes and production preparations are already underway.
✨Before You Enroll
Nutcracker participation is reserved for dancers enrolled in a weekly Dancing Angels class for the 2026–2027 season. If your dancer is not currently enrolled in a weekly class, please click here to view openings before adding the Nutcracker.

This production experience is most meaningful when dancers are present and engaged throughout the season. We understand that occasional illness or family schedules may arise, and we appreciate your support in helping your dancer attend rehearsals as consistently as possible.
